Lise has lived in Thames for 6 years after moving from Auckland. Her Iwi are Ngati Porou, Ngati te Rangi, Ngati Tahu and Ngati Tuwharetoa.  She has spent 20 years working within the Māori Television Industry as a Camera Operator/Director.  She has a keen interest in documentary making and is excited about bringing her skills into the heritage sector specifically working with taonga Maori.  She is a creative thinker and is interested in helping to shape how researchers and the community interact with The Treasury collections.
